At Palms Way Assisted living and frail care we encourage our residents to move in at an assisted living level and grow with us. We believe this is best for our residents as they then get to know all the staff and we get to know them and their families as well as their friends, however, this is not a pre-requisite.

Our frail care residents remain in the comfort of their same bedrooms, all that changes is that their level of care increases and we take care of you as if you were our own family. We assist them with all forms of activities, such as eating, bathing, getting dressed etc.

At Palms Way Assisted living and frail care we do not have set visiting hours and encourage our residents to come and go as they please. However, we do ask that our residents to refrain from having visitor before 9am and from 6pm at night. This is just for the privacy of our residents. Although we have no objections to our residents going out before or after these times.
